THE CROSSING THEATRE

At the request of Narrabri Shire Council, work began in 2003 on a new civic and cultural centre for the township of Narrabri and the surrounding North West region.

The design of this multi-purpose venue incorporates several different rooms, and hence events within the centre include live music performances, social events, conferences, exhibitions and seminars.       

The facility features a main auditorium hall with seating for up to 1000 people, there is also an art exhibition space, and two film cinemas (one containing 160 seats and the second cinema with 80 seats). A large commercial kitchen and associated bar area are available to provide light refreshments or full catering as required.
