Hill Lockart was engaged to provide contract administration and project management services for this project. CANN engaged Hill Lockart to provide Management on their behalf, keeping the 4 major separate international contracts on track. Starting in 2019, COVID-19 played a major role in time delays and international labour sourcing issues for the project. Due to this the project suffered major delays in timeframe, mainly the cause of overseas freight and labour being halted for months at a time. Hill Lockart managed the contractual issues surrounding these issues and helped the client maintain onsite progression during uncertain times. This project became operational in October 2022, Hill Lockart is still managing the Defects liability Period on behalf of the client through until late 2023.
